Krone expands trailer service network with seven additional workshops
Krone is expanding its trailer service network through a partnership with Schwarzmüller, adding seven workshops in Germany and Austria. It is also broadening its spare-parts and tyre offering, including standard fitment of A-rated tyres to improve fleet efficiency and VECTO performance.
Schwarzmüller presents aluminium fuel tank semi-trailer
Schwarzmüller is exhibiting a 43,500-litre, five-compartment aluminium tank semi-trailer for petrol, diesel and heating oil at IAA Transportation 2026. The hazardous-goods trailer includes monitoring, bottom-loading equipment, tyre-pressure monitoring, axle-load display and telematics functions.
KRONE launches Profi Liner Comfort semi-trailer
KRONE has introduced the Profi Liner Comfort semi-trailer, combining its established trailer platform with a faster, ergonomic tarpaulin system. The manufacturer says opening and closing takes 30–45 seconds, with load-securing certifications including EN 12642 Code XL.
KRONE unveils lightweight coil cover for more flexible trailer operations
KRONE will present a new aluminium sandwich lightweight coil cover for its Coil Liner trailer at IAA Transportation 2026. The design eases handling, improves ergonomics and raises permissible forklift axle load from 5.4 to 7 tonnes.
